High-Pressure Sewer Jetting

High-Pressure Sewer Jetting

What Exactly is High-Pressure Sewer Jetting?
In short, "sewer jetting”, also known as “hydro jetting”, is the 21st century method of cleaning clogged sewer and drain lines by using the power of "high-pressure" water. Imagine the cleaning power of water being introduced into the main drainage system at up to 18 gallons per minute at a pressure of up to 3500 psi. Bill Bradley Services has been providing this service for many years, for both residential and commercial customers and properties. The results have been spectacular.

How does it work?
In our case, a diesel-powered engine and pump, along with a 300-gallon water storage tank, all located in our Jetter Truck, produces a stream of "high-pressured water" to clean and clear sewer and drain stoppages. There are various "Jetter Heads" and hoses and depending on the cause of the stoppage, Our Technician determines the proper Jetter Head and hose to be used to clear the stoppage. Depending on the "Jetter Head" and hose combination, a cleaning "flow of water" ranging between 9 to 18 gallons per minute at an operating pressure of 2200 to 3500 psi is chosen. The stoppage is cleared by the appropriate "Jetter Head" and water flushes the debris away. And be assured that "Jetting" causes no risk of damage to your existing sewer and drain lines.

Depending on the condition of the sewer and drain lines, and what is put into the drain system, a thoroughly cleaned drain line will provide maximum satisfaction. Should we find a problem with your sewer and/or drain lines, we will use video inspection to discover the problem and come up with an immediate solution for you.

Please note that excessive grease and items such as baby wipes, paper towels, etc. are not intended to be poured and/or flushed into your sewer system. These items will cause additional stoppages and the need for additional Sewer Jetting.
